She was on her way off shift when she noticed we were wishing service and she complied with all the health and safety requirements by applying hairnet? changing aprons etc. We then went to the check out to be greeted by a smiling Catherine who was of such a helpful and friendly demeanour that I felt compelled to comment on such wonderful customer service.
