  Only leaving 1 star as it's not possible to leave 0... The customer service in this store is absolutely disgusting (by those who deal with the fish department). I have kept fish nearly all my life and decided to give PAH a go... (Have always been told not to go anywhere near the place but I decided to go and see what it's all about)... Very bad decision. The manager (a male with a horrid attitude and no respect for customers) absolutely interrogated me with at least 20 questions when I asked to buy some fish... It feels like his purpose there is to not sell fish and to only sell them if a horrible amount of interrogation and embarassment has been done to the customer. Friends told me they ask 2 or 3 understandable questions like 'how long has the tank been running' and 'what other fish do you have in the tank'... Absolutely not in my case. The guy was asking me so many questions and then trying to trip me up on them... I have various fish tanks and only wanted two fish. I eventually met all his criteria with a huff from him and his female assistant... Don't put your hard earned money into a place which hires such clowns. Will be sticking to my usual aquatic shops, where you can go in and buy whatever you want without any questions whatsoever.
