  I shop here every other week and have done for ages. I was in the store this afternoon but had to return later on. I called the store at 5:30pm to ask when they closed as I didn't want to travel over and it was closed. The man who answered said we, "we are open till 7pm tonight". I got my 2 kids ready and left the house I arrived at 5:55pm and was in the store 2 minutes when told I had to go to the checkout because they were closing. I told the man I had called and was told 7pm. He replyied they had only just found out and I had to go to the checkout. I answered I was getting what I came for 1st. I was then approached by another member of staff and again asked to go to the checkout, I replied the same but they were not letting me stay in the shop. I was fuming, I had gotten both my kids ready and travelled over to be in the shop 2 minutes and come out without what I went for. The least they could have done was give me 5 minutes. Will not be back in so angry. If I could rate zero I would, the customer service is appalling. For the record half your staff need training on how to speak to customers and interact, they look miserable. That's not a dig because of what's happened, it's noticeable on every visit.
